Valley COVID-19 Updates

Our lobbies have re-opened! However, we do encourage you to continue to use, if possible, our call center, digital services, drive-ups and ATMs to help reduce the spread of the virus. In order to help protect our employees, members and community, we have implemented health and safety guidelines at all of our branches.

Masks - If you are choosing to wear a mask, we may ask you to temporarily remove your mask in order to properly identify you. If you are not comfortable with this, we ask that you try using our digital services or the drive-thru

Social Distancing - To comply with social distancing guidelines we are limiting the number of members in the branch at one time. Please adhere to the provided spacing markers on the floor. Also, please do not bring any family or friends with you into the branch unless they are necessary to complete your transaction. Futhermore, our waiting areas and public restrooms have been temporarily closed.

If you are sick, please stay home - If you or a member of your household are feeling sick (including fever, cough or sore throat) we ask that you do not come into the Credit Union. If you need any help conducting your transaction electronically, give us a call at (406)656-9100.

*All Valley Credit Card payments have been automatically skipped for the months of May & June that have not been 60 days or more delinquent in the past 24 months. Interest will still continue to accrue on credit cards so if you would like to still make a payment please contact us as auto-payments will not go through. If you are having any problems paying any of your other loans please reach out to us so we can work with you during this difficult time.

Also, effective April 25th the following branches will be closed on Saturdays: Grand Ave (Billings), Roundup and Cody.

Annual Meeting that was scheduled for Tuesday, April 28th has been postponed until further notice.

Please feel free to contact us via phone at 406-656-9100.

Thank you for your patience and understanding during these uncertain times.
