That’s why we think that spring is the best time to take on a home improvement project. Even better, the Spring Home Improvement Show is coming to MetraPark March 2^nd-4^th, 2018! That means you can check out all the 650 exhibits with great ideas for your home! Are you planning to attend?

If you’re not sure the best place to start when it comes to a home renovation, it’s good to see what projects provide the most value to your home. According to Remodeling magazine’s latest Cost vs. Value Report, these are the 5 best projects for your home in 2018:

Spring is also a great time to make needed repairs to your home. If the heavy snows or harsh summer storms have taken a toll on your home’s roof, it may be time for a replacement.
