Valley Credit Union maintains a strong culture built around our Vision and Mission. We expect all employees to live by and hold others accountable to the following culture beliefs:
Own it - I stay Above the Line and focus on problem solving and not finger pointing. I am accountable to achieving my goals.
Find A Way To Say Yes - When helping our members achieve their dreams, I focus on what we can do and not what we can't. I continually ask, "What else can I do to be able to say yes."
Know It - I will know Valley's products and services and use that knowledge to help members and myself achieve our dreams.
Come Together - I work well with others. I care about your success. I share my knowledge and expertise with others.
Community Servers - I volunteer my time in the community. I am a positive ambassador of Valley in everything I do.
Relationships Matter - I know and call members by their name, when they come in and when they leave. I develop and maintain positive relationships with my co-workers. I enjoy being a part of the Valley Team. It DOES matter where you belong.
If you share these culture beliefs and enjoy receiving great company benefits, Valley is the place for you.
Building relationships with people in our communities.
Uniting to achieve your dreams.
